HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET A DUMPSTER DELIVERED?
Most times, if you contact us early enough, we can have a dumpster delivered on the same day. The same goes with swapping a dumpster for another rental.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards, electronic payment and cash. Payment is due when the dumpster is ordered or upon delivery.
Where can you not place a dumpster?
We cannot place a dumpster on unauthorized properties, blocking in a neighbor, blocking traffic, unimproved surfaces with expected inclement weather or any unsafe areas.
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
Yes. The weight limit on any of our dumpsters includes 4,000 pounds (2 tons). There is a separate charge for going over the 2 ton weight limit. If you are loading heavy material such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, asphalt you will have to contact us for loading instructions.
CAN I FILL THE CONTAINER TO THE TOP?
All materials must be inside the container, nothing over the top of container. By law we are required to tarp each load for transport. All materials that exceed the top of container must be removed. We cannot pick up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing excess or an additional fee will be charged if we are require to do so.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CONTAINER?
The price includes a rental period that is agree upon at the time of delivery. You may extend the rental period for an additional fee by giving us a call before the initial agreement expires.
WILL THE CONTAINER BE PICKED UP AUTOMATICALLY?
No! Please call when container is ready for pick-up. It is your responsibility to give us at least 24 hours advance notice.
CAN I MOVE THE CONTAINER?
No! We will do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space, you may not move the container. Moving containers causes damage to the underside. If damage occurs, you are responsible for the cost of repair.
PLEASE NOTE: As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage (other than normal wear and tear) that occurs to our container while on your site. We hope this answers any questions you may have. We will be more than happy to help you with your specific needs.
